Our grocery list.

Example of an American grocery store aisle.

There is a magnetic note pad on the door of our refrigerator. The rule is if you use the last of something you write it on the list. If you see we are almost out of something you write it on the list so we don’t run out. If there is something special or unusual that you would like from the grocery store you write it on the list.

Do not holler it from three rooms away four days before I go to the store and expect me to remember that you wanted orange yogurt this week. Probably not going to be remembered. But if you put it on the list I’ll be happy to pick it up for you.

This week’s list…

TP – standard abbreviation in most house holds. Very important to not run out.

Pads – Princess Girl and I on the same cycle is not a good thing…

That dip – Yes folks, this is the actual item on the list. It’s been/cheese dip. Princess Girl finally got brave enough to try it and now wants more.

Sausage thingys – Again, an actual item on the list. Would you guess these are breakfast sandwiches?

Fruit snaks – If you ask Princess Girl how to spell the word snack she can do it correctly. However, this is the first time is months she hasn’t asked for Fruit SNAKES. Maybe next time she’ll remember the C.

Good thing I know her so well. Now to find time to actually get to the store.
